YOUR BUSINESS, WELL ANSWERED

Busy hands.
An open line.

You can’t pick up when you’re under a sink, up a ladder, or finally off the clock. Give callers a helpful next step while you take care of the work in front of you.

FROM FIRST RING TO NEXT STEP

A welcome.
A few details.
A plan from there.

See how it works
  1. 01

    Make it sound like you

Give your receptionist a name, a greeting, and the answers your customers need.

  2. 02

    Keep the important details

Bring the request, contact information, location, and urgency into one customer record.

  3. 03

Give the team a clear next step

Book an approved opening, arrange a callback, or use a configured transfer route.

THE DETAILS THAT MAKE GOOD SERVICE

A small front desk.
A thoughtful way to work.

Your business, in its own words

Services, FAQs, pricing guidance, and clear boundaries keep answers grounded.

Room in the calendar

Internal booking checks your hours, service duration, buffers, and existing appointments.

Every request has a home

Calls, transcripts, leads, and next actions stay together in your private workspace.

A handoff with a fallback

Prepare approved transfer destinations and keep a callback request when a connection fails.

Follow through with care

Track callbacks now. Consented text delivery needs a verified connection and activation.

Control over what stays

Workspace roles, exports, deletion controls, and transcript retention put your team in charge.

AN EXAMPLE, ALL THE WAY THROUGH

“Can someone
take a look?”

A kitchen leak becomes a clear request for the team. The receptionist collects the service and location before offering a time.

A FEW THINGS YOU MIGHT WONDER

Good questions.
Clear answers.

Can I try it without a phone number?

Yes. Create a workspace and run a simulated customer request with your own services and approved locations. No phone purchase or payment details are required.

Will it make up prices or appointments?

Pricing guidance comes from the business. The application checks internal availability and only confirms a booking after it has been saved.

What happens when the team cannot answer?

The call-handling foundation retains a lead and callback request when a transfer fails. Live phone behavior must be verified after an approved connection.

Can it text customers automatically?

Messaging stays disabled until configured and approved. Consent and opt-outs are enforced by the delivery foundation; live messaging is a launch prerequisite.

Is Hearthline available for live customer calls?

This is a development preview. The workspace and simulator work now. Provider activation, deployment verification, and the remaining launch audit are still required.
