What the workspace stores

Business configuration, account identity, caller details, test transcripts, leads, appointments, follow-ups, and audit events are stored for the workspace.

Access and providers

The current preview uses Sites sign-in and Cloudflare infrastructure. Live OpenAI, Twilio, and Stripe integrations are not enabled.

Recording and retention

Audio recording is off. Owners can apply transcript retention now. Scheduled expiry code is prepared; its deployment remains a launch prerequisite.

Your choices

Workspace owners can export records and delete their workspace with confirmation. Preview privacy questions can be sent to jacobalanr1@gmail.com. Provider-held records and final request procedures require launch review.

Before commercial launch

The operating entity, support contact, data-processing agreements, legal bases, regional disclosures, and retention/deletion implementation require review. No regulatory compliance is claimed.
